International Tourists

On October 25 & 26, 2014, over fifty tourists from Australia, Germany, New Zealand and Venezuala visited LNQT. As part of their two week tour with the International Quilt Show in Houston as their final destination, the enthusiastic group enjoyed a guided tour of about twenty of our blocks on the Trail and participated in a Sead Beading Workshop taught by our Board member Rosemary Ydarraga. On Sunday, they had a true Southern Gospel Experience at First True Love World Outreach Church in Ponchatoula. Four more groups of international tourists are scheduled to visit in the fall of 2015.
